Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age

- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and quality standards

- Help with creating beverage menus

- Closing the bar 4/5 nights per week

Requirements:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred

- Knowledge of food preparation, restaurant management, and kitchen operations

- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid bartending license or certification

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Proficiency in cash handling procedures

- Understanding of kitchen management practices
